Combined Consulting Experience and Best-of-Breed Software to Power eRFP Solutions for Global 2000 Enterprises

Waltham, MA December 19, 2003 Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nations leading professional services firms, and Proposal Technologies Network, Inc. (Proposal Tech), the trusted world leader in customized, Web-based eRFP and like services, have signed an alliance agreement that will combine their resources to deploy personalized, Web-based eRFP solutions for their mutual clients.

Under terms of the agreement, Deloitte, through its Human Capital Advisory Services practice, is now an Alliance Partner for Proposal Techs complete suite of eRFP products. In addition, Deloitte and Proposal Tech may choose to engage in joint marketing programs promoting intuitive communications and eRFP solutions to maximize their combined product and consulting services value to clients.
