Eric Busboom

ProposalTech's Eric Busboom will leave his job as CTO and become a member of the Proposal Tech Board of Advisors.

In his 7 years at Qualcomm, Incorporated, Eric developed a range of software applications from low-level networking protocols to user interfaces for analyzing wireless communication system test data. Later, using the design, programming and system engineering techniques he learned as a software engineer, he moved to helping software projects improve their performance by creating processes and training in requirements management, configuration management and systems engineering.

After leaving Qualcomm, Eric began the San Diego Software Studio, a software training program that teaches engineers systems engineering and software development skills through mentored training projects and more traditional lecture based classes.

Eric's work in analyzing and managing software development projects and training engineers in requirements and system engineering, plus a few years of independent consulting, makes him a key contribution to the development team.

Eric holds a bachelors degree from Harvey Mudd College.
